Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed the same working day if it is received before 2pm – excluding weekends and holidays. For orders placed after 2pm, it will be processed on the next working day.

After the products are shipped, our courier partners will be expediting the delivery process. Kindly refer to the following lead time as a general guideline:

Klang Valley: Within 1-2 working days
Other areas of KL/Selangor: Within 1-3 working days
Other states within West Malaysia: Within 3 working days
Rural areas within West Malaysia: Within 3-5 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): Subject to courier’s lead time

Yes, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Email [email protected] with your order number and updated shipping address immediately. Once your order ships, it may not be canceled or adjusted.

Our current flat rate shipping fee is MYR10 to West Malaysia and MYR30 to East Malaysia. However, if you spend MYR800 or more (after discounts), your order ships free.

You can track your order by clicking the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If your tracking status is unknown, please email [email protected] quoting your Order Number for an update.

You’ll get 2 emails. 

1st email – Confirmation email – once you have made purchased 

Upon order confirmation, please give us 1-2 working days to process your order.

2nd email – Once your products have been shipped, you should receive the courier’s tracking number through email. Kindly check your spam folder if you do not see an email with your tracking number.

Please kindly contact us if you have not receive your order after 5 working days. Do note that there may be issues with delivery due to high volumes of shopping during peak sale seasons.
