Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Rule One Proteins may accept returns of products purchased directly from ruleoneproteins.my when all of the following conditions are met:
● The product was delivered within the last 15 days.
● The product is unopened, the seal is intact, and in its original packaging.
● You have the packing slip, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from ruleoneproteins.my
*If returning a bundle, all products in the bundle must be returned.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Once we receive your return and determine it meets all the requirements (see Refund Policy), all reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Rule One Proteins reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time, as well as the right to fully investigate any claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please arrange returns via any courier service of your choice and email [email protected] as soon as you ship it with the following:
● Order number
● Item(s) returned
● Reason for return
● New tracking number

Failure to send the provided information at the same time you ship the return, could compromise your ability to obtain a full refund. All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase and will be processed by Rule One Proteins within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Rule One Proteins does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost or stolen in-transit.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
After that, you can contact your bank, as there is usually a processing period before the refund is posted. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel any order that has been shipped.
Rule One Proteins does not accept exchanges. If you would like to return a product, please see our return policy.
We make every effort to make sure our provider safely and securely ships your order. We understand that on rare occasion, products can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
For lost parcel, we will investigate the situation on a case by case basis with our courier partner to establish the root cause.
Please note that parcels that are lost after being delivered to the right address or “designated drop off locations for apartment/condominiums” does not fall under the courier service’s responsibility.
