We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers. Please review the return policy for the store the product was purchased from. For all orders originating from Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok, please reach out to Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok’s customer support team respectively.

We are unable to make large modifications to orders once placed. If you notice an error or wish to change something within your order, please email [email protected] with your order number immediately. Once your order ships, it may not be canceled or adjusted.

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel or alter any order that has been shipped. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for canceling your order.

1st email – Confirmation email – once you have made purchased 

Upon order confirmation, please give us 1-2 working days to process your order.

2nd email – Once your products have been shipped, you should receive the courier’s tracking number through email. Kindly check your spam folder if you do not see an email with your tracking number.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product(s), please email a photo of what you received and your order number to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If you feel that you are missing a product, please email a photo of what you received and your order number to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please kindly contact us if you have not receive your order after 5 working days. Do note that there may be issues with delivery due to high volumes of shopping during peak sale seasons.

Our current flat rate shipping fee is MYR10 to West Malaysia and MYR30 to East Malaysia. However, if you spend MYR800 or more (after discounts), your order ships free.

Ruleoneproteins.my only ships to locations within Malaysia. We are unable to fulfill any orders to any P.O. type addresses.

This will take you to a web page that lets you enter your shipping information and a promo code. From there, you can complete your order.
