Luke is the Head of PWR Personal Training & PWR Physiotherapy, and co-hosts the podcast series Barbell Machas about the spicy science of powerlifting, educating viewers about sports and nutrition. Having been lifting for more than 10 years. Luke has experimented with all sorts of barbell sports. He is the only Malaysian to have competed in multiple sports such as Crossfit , Powerlifting and Body Building competitions.

Addy is a medical graduate well known for her TikTok and Instagram fitness workouts with her partner Hariz. From beginners to advance workouts, her tutorials focus on form and staying consistent. AMIRA AYOB

Amira, an engineer-turned-fitness enthusiast, was named Malaysia’s Fittest Woman by CrossFit and represented the country at the 2019 CrossFit Games in the US. Her passion for high-intensity workouts began at Ohio State University. With four years of coaching experience in functional training and weightlifting, she is a warm yet firm coach at Train by BlackBox, inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals.
